HealthBoost Trading Limited Terms and Conditions
Your use of the HealthBoost Trading Limited website (the “Website”) is governed by the Terms and Conditions set out below. By using the Website, and purchasing any products from the Website, you will be deemed to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Website Usage. Please read the Health Boost Trading Limited Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order as these terms will govern your purchase. Any personal information you provide us will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In these HealthBoost Trading Limited Terms and Conditions, “HealthBoost Trading Limited” and “we” refer to HealthBoost Trading Limited, its related companies, successors and assigns, and “our” and “us” have corresponding meanings. “You” refers to the person accessing or using the Website, and “your” has a corresponding meaning.

HealthBoost Trading Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon being placed on the Website. Your continued use of the Internet Sites following such amendments being placed on the Website will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as amended. Such amendments may include replacing these Terms and Conditions with entirely new Terms and Conditions.
Placing an order

Ordering online is easy. You simply place the items you require in your shopping basket by clicking on the Buy button whenever you see an item you would like to buy. Adding an item to your basket does not commit you to buy as you can always remove it later. You can review the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the Your Shopping Cart link. Once you have found all the items you need, go to the checkout and pay for your purchases. Following the simple instructions given there when you have completed the check out details you will be shown a Final Order Summary.

Once this information has been entered you will be transferred to a secure payment gateway, where you will then need to enter your payment details.

Acceptance of orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by HealthBoost Trading Limited. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail shortly after we receive it. If the product you want is out of stock or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it, we will e-mail you to advise you of the change in price or when more stock is due. You will then need to confirm to us whether you wish to proceed with your order.
Clerical errors
HealthBoost Trading Limited uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information on the Website is accurate. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed in relation to any product on this site due to a clerical, typographical or pricing error, HealthBoost Trading Limited shall have the right to refuse to accept any order to supply such product whether or not the order has been confirmed and the credit card has been charged. If a credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled for this reason HealthBoost shall issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price within 5 working days.
Listing and descriptions
HealthBoost Trading Limited makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on the Website are accurate. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on the Website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, HealthBoost Trading Limited does not accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. In addition, the manufacturers may change the product packaging, but the actual content stays the same. In this incidence, HealthBoost accepts no responsibilities for the prompt change of the product photos on the website, therefore no cancellation or return of the product is allowed.
Pricing and payment

All pricing shown is in New Zealand Dollars. Customers within New Zealand can make payments to our elected bank account, and the account details are as per below: Other payment options include Paypal and credit card are also possible.

Customers outside of New Zealand are required to pay via Paypal or credit card in New Zealand Dollars. We do not accept any other currency. Your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. HealthBoost will not cover the cost of these charges or accept responsibility for any currency conversion charges.

Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and funds have been cleared – this may take up to four days, however typically two days with Visa and MasterCard.

When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage to enter your payment details. The hosted payments page is secured using SSL.

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a method of ensuring that information submitted through your Web site is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users. When a site offers an SSL-secured form, the information submitted via that form (typically credit card information) is encrypted using a special certificate key and then decrypted with another key after it has been transmitted. When users access a site secured with SSL using their browser, a symbol displays in their browser windows indicating that the site is secure.

HealthBoost Trading Limited utilizes third party delivery provider to deliver to New Zealand and globally. HealthBoost Trading Limited endeavours to despatch all orders within 5 working days. HealthBoost Trading Limited cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit. If the order is undelivered caused by the delivery provider, we will assist in applying for the compensation. However, the success of the compensation is not guaranteed as it is pending the co-operation from the clients and the delivery provider. Health Boost Trading Limited accepts no liability for undelivered goods sent, a refund will not be processed if the package is lost, undelivered or stolen.
Shipping costs

These are calculated using your order’s weight plus packaging materials as well as the destination country. Follow the instructions on the website to see your total shipping costs. Currently our website’s shipping cost is intended for one order up to 9.7kg. If one order is over 9.7kg, we will contact the buyer about the additional tax that may be imposed by the custom, as well as the importer’s permit if necessary, the shipping charge as per indicated on the website over 9.7kg is not final and we reserve the right to alter the charge pending communication with the customer.

For New Zealand Shipping, the parcels are delivered with no signatures required. Rural addresses will require additional charge and we will communicate with the customers regarding the additional cost.

Returns Policy - Your Right to Return and Exchange Goods

Upon the receipt of the goods and you wish to exchange for any defective products, you are required to notify us first either by email or phone. If you return your order to us in accordance with our Return Conditions below, we will be happy to offer exchange of the goods for the same item.

Please note the following conditions apply to all returns “Return Conditions”:

  • Upon the receipt of the goods, you will check the condition of the goods and any defects are to be reported to us within 24 hours.
  • We will not refund your return delivery costs.
  • We will only accept goods returned with prior notification through correspondence.
  • We will not accept any goods that have been opened, used, have their labels removed, resized, engraved, altered or damaged.
  • We can only accept items returned if they are within their original packaging.
  • The original invoice must accompany the returned item.
  • We will not accept returns from countries outside New Zealand.
  • All returned goods must be sent to HealthBoost Trading Limited at the following address: 1017 Dominion Rd., Mt. Roskill, Auckland 1041, New Zealand.
  • There is no return or exchange for sale items

HealthBoost Trading Limited guarantees all products purchased from our online store to be free from defects. We will gladly replace defective items you have purchased. Manufacturing defects do not include normal fair wear and tear and any damage caused by accidental or non-accidental damage.

We strongly advise you to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.

HealthBoost Trading Limited reserves the right to turn down a return at our discretion if the above Return Conditions are not met.

Exchange policy

In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for any delivery costs for returning items to be exchanged. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received in accordance with our Returns Conditions and undergone a quality control check back at head office. Please be aware that you may incur an additional delivery charge for the delivery of the replacement item.

Please note: if we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss next steps. HealthBoost Trading Limited reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition that does not satisfy our Return Conditions. Only items which HealthBoost Trading Limited can confirm satisfy our Return Conditions will be eligible for a return or exchange.

Wool and alpaca products
We endeavour to check for any defects on the wool and alpaca products (eg. Duvet, scarf, shawl, throw, rugs, cushion, etc…) before we ship them to customers. However, if you find any defects, please follow the returns and exchange policy as per listed above in the timely manner. All the products have the size and dimension descriptions. We do not accept the exchange requests based on the reasons other than defect (eg. size, colour, etc…..). For alpaca skin and sheepskin rugs, as each sheepskin and alpaca skin is different (sheepskin as in colour, and alpaca as in colour and pattern), we’ll send the actual product photos to the customers before the purchase. Again, we can’t guarantee the actual product’s colour will match the photos on the factors outside of our control include but not limited to image display on the computer. For product such as sheepskin and alpaca rugs, as each animal’s size is different therefore the rugs’ size and dimension on the website is of estimation, and the actual product’s size might vary.
