A: All in stock items are to be packed within 2 working days. If ordered items are out of stock, we will notify the customers via email or phone.The estimated delivery time frame is as per below:

  • – Auckland, NZ: 1 working day
  • – Other regions of NZ: 1-2 working days
  • – Taiwan, China, Hong Kong: 2-3 weeks
  • – Other regions in the world: 2 weeks

A: Whilst our website can display different currencies, the payment is only in NZ dollars as we are based in NZ. In addition to PayPal we also offer the option of payment via our NZ bank account. The detail of our bank account is as per below:

Customers outside of New Zealand are required to pay via Paypal or credit card in New Zealand Dollars. We do not accept any other currency. Your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. HealthBoost will not cover the cost of these charges or accept responsibility for any currency conversion charges.
